500 senior luxury executives, industry leaders and financiers gathered together for a day long forum jam-packed with insightful keynote presentations, interviews and interactive panels. The day concluded with a networking cocktail and dinner reception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a down-to-the-minute run of show (ROS) for BOH and client
- Design full event layout & flow (inclusive of keynote/panel presentations, networking breaks, cocktail party, and seated dinner reception)
- Source and negotiate all floral. catering, and decor with vendors
- Design and produce all branding signage and collateral
- Day-of coordination
