150 person client-tailored Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony, celebrating the final contestants of the 2012 Citi Ingenuity Awards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a down-to-the-minute run of show (ROS) for BOH and client
- Design full event layout & flow (inclusive of keynote presentations, networking breaks, cocktail party, and seated dinner reception)
- Design and produce all name cards, and badges onsite (hand-written)
- Source and negotiate all floral. catering, and decor with vendors
- Design and produce all branding signage and collateral
- Day-of coordination
